  1. How do I become a member of Delamina?

    Delamina is currently open to members by invitation only, but occasionally we invite more people and we’d love to have your name on our list! Please click the Sign In link in the top right corner of the Delamina site, and enter your email address and first name. We’ll definitely let you know when we go ‘public’. And you never know - you may very well get your own invitation much sooner.

  2. I really like something on the Delamina site but I’m not sure how it will look on me. Can I buy it and return it if I’m not happy?

    The answer is a resounding YES. We know jewelry is personal and we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Just keep the tags on the item and send it back in it’s original packaging. You must first contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) - but we make that very easy! You can even get a RAN by clicking on My Account, then Orders, then Returns. Follow instructions from there.

  3. I forgot my password. What can I do?

    Just go to the sign in page and click on the link ‘Forgot Password’. You will be issued a new password that will be sent to your registered email address. You can change this password at any time by visiting ‘My Account’.
