Green tsavorites were first found in the brushland along the border of Kenya and Tanzania, near the Tsavo National Park. Soon after the British geologist, Campbell B. Bridges, discovered these gemstones in 1967 they became internationally known. With their vivid, radiant green color and great brilliance, these tsavorite gems rival the finest emeralds, and partner magnificently with diamonds.
