At Delamina, we don’t own inventory. This is specifically so that we can remain neutral and protect you from inadvertently purchasing something that is not as described.

We select designers that we trust, we select quality items based on style and fit with the mix of merchandise already available on the site. We photograph the items for consistency - both on mannequin, so that you can see the scale of the item and by itself. And after all of that, we check each item again.

At Delamina, we hand inspect each item you order prior to shipping to ensure that the item is not damaged. Our team members verify the item against the technical description provided by the designer. We include a handwritten Certificate of Authenticity in each package.

In the event of a discrepancy, we will contact you to determine if you wish to continue with the purchase. We are available to help you find something else if you need assistance.
