It is our mission to ensure that your entire experience at Delamina is enjoyable. Even if you are not quite sure that an item is perfect for you, we want you to feel comfortable purchasing it and trying it on. We give you 20 days to decide if it is the right piece for you.

Even though we inspect and certify each item and are sure of the quality, we understand that jewelry is personal. If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, you can return it to us for refund within the conditions specified in the Return Policy below.

CHANGES TO OUR POLICY

At Delamina, we will occasionally update our Return Policy. The date of our last change is always posted at the top of this Return Policy. Items purchased are subject to the Return Policy posted at the time of purchase.

20 DAY RETURN POLICY

Merchandise must be returned in original condition and packaging, with security tags intact in order to obtain a refund. Any removal of or tampering with a security tag will void this return policy and no refund will be applied. Please do not remove these tags until you are sure you are keeping your purchase.

Your return package must be postmarked within 20 days of the day your package was delivered.

Should you change your mind prior to the shipment of an item, under some circumstances you can cancel your order by visiting the My Account section of the Delamina web site. For applicable orders you will find the Cancel option under the Orders section of My Account. If your order has already been shipped, or if a vendor to Delamina has already shipped for inspection, or if a vendor is special making an item for you, there is no option to cancel the order prior to receipt. If it is not a specially made order, you still have the option to return the item within 20 days of receipt.

SPECIAL AND CUSTOM ORDERS

Special order items are those items altered at your request with engraving, laser etching of any sort, re-sizing, or any other alteration. Custom order items are those items made especially for you based on custom designs or based on existing designs for items that are not generally kept in stock. Special or Custom order items cannot be canceled, exchanged or returned. All special and custom made items are marked as such on the site. If you have any questions, before placing a special or custom order, please contact us via one of the methods listed above.

PROCESS

Once the returned item is received by Delamina, it is inspected by one of our team. Please note that items showing signs of wear, those with security tags removed or tampered with, or those that have been engraved, altered, resized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Once the item is accepted, we will attempt to process your refund within 5 days. Delamina regretfully refuses to receive: returns with no Delamina return authorization number; packages that are not insured; or returns that are improperly packaged.

PREPARING A RETURN

Obtain a Return Authorization Number. Call 888-986-8998 or click on the Return button next to the item in the Order section under My Account on the Delamina web site and you will be given a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Write this number on the outside of the shipping box you are returning and also on the Return form you include in the box. Please include the reason for the return so that we can understand how to service you better in the future.

Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your original packaging is not returned, you may be liable for $20 replacement cost. For security reasons, please do not write Delamina anywhere on the outside of the box.

Insure Your Package. If the price of the merchandise you are returning:

- Under $500: You can ship it via any carrier as long as it is fully insured. You must request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Delamina.

- Over $500: You must ship your package via United States Postal Service (USPS) Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents. Request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us.
