It is our pleasure to deliver your merchandise fully insured for $14.99 per shipment. All merchandise ordered via Delamina is hand-inspected for authenticity and packaged in original packaging prior to shipment. You can track your merchandise through every step of the journey by visiting the Orders section of the Delamina web site.

CHANGES TO OUR POLICY
At Delamina, we will occasionally update our Shipping Policy. The date of our last change is always posted at the top of this Shipping Policy. Items purchased are subject to the Shipping Policy posted at the time of purchase.
SHIPPING POLICY
We are delighted to provide Priority shipping via the United States Postal Service for $14.99. All items are fully insured by Delamina for shipping to you.
If we have the item in our inventory, we estimate that your order will be received in 2-5 days. If the merchandise is in stock at one our Designers or Suppliers, we estimate that your order will be received in 4-7 days. It an item is made to order, the time is posted on the site and on average takes 2-3 weeks.
PAYMENT
Merchandise you order on the Delamina site is specially reserved for you or is made to order. It is for this reason that we charge a deposit of 50% at the time of order. The other 50% is not charged until we have inspected, certified and shipped your order. No worries, as long as your order is subject to refund under our Return Policy your money will be refunded upon return
If for any reason payment is not approved by your credit institution, your order cannot be shipped and you will be contacted immediately by our Customer Service department to sort things out.

INSPECTION AND CERTIFICATION
Delamina certified gemologists hand-inspect and certify your merchandise in order to guarantee that you are getting merchandise that is as described. Each shipment includes a certificate of authenticity.
SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS
All of our shipments require signature at the time of delivery. If you are not at the specified location when the delivery attempt is made, please note that if it is inconvenient for you to pick up your package, you can call the USPS to arrange a second delivery attempt.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive email notification to help you track your order through each step. Once the order ships, you will receive a USPS tracking number that you can enter at www.usps.com in order to track your package to your doorstep. The Delamina web site will also show you the current state of any of your orders, past or present. Check out the Order section under My Account.
TAXES
Note that Delamina charges taxes only on orders shipped within California. You are responsible for complying with any laws in your own state regarding taxes. Your state tax division can help you if you have questions.
GIFTS
We believe that the presentation of the gift is as important as the gift itself. The Delamina team package each item in our customer packaging with care and attention. We can include a gift card with a special note from you inside this packaging. Please specify at checkout if your item is a gift.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Within the My Account area or at checkout, you can create and keep as many shipping addresses as you like. This allows you to easily ship to home, work or any of your friends and relatives.
SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE U.S.
Note that Delamina is currently only shipping within the United States directly from the web site. If you are interested in a delivery outside of the U.S., please call our Concierge to determine if special shipping can be arranged. For any international shipments, you’ll be responsible for any and all surcharges, VAT, taxes and/or duties charged by your country. Please check with local authorities in order to confirm these charges.
PAYMENT METHODS
Delamina currently supports payment by credit card including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We will be adding other methods of payment shortly including wiretransfer, PayPal and bank credit. If you wish to use a method of payment other than credit card, please contact our Customer Service department to make arrangements.
