CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Delamina reserves the right to changes and update these Terms and all policies posted on the Delamina Website at any time and for any reason, at our sole discretion. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting and you will be bound by the terms and policies posted on the site at the time of your visit. Your use of the site constitutes your acceptance of these terms, completely and unconditionally. So check them out often to make sure you agree with any and all updates. The date of the last change is always posted clearly at the top of these terms for your convenience. However, an error in that date does not nullify posted changes.

WEB SITE INFORMATION

At Delamina, our team is constantly on our toes to keep the online catalog complete, up to date and accurate. Even with diligence and our best efforts, occasionally merchandise data including price and availability may be inaccurate due to typographical errors or system problems. We reserve the right to correct any errors upon discovery and we cannot honor any incorrect pricing data. Likewise, we cannot supply merchandise that is no longer available.

REGISTRATION

As a condition to using certain aspects of the Service, you may be required to register with us and select a password and screen name (”User ID”). You shall provide us with accurate, complete and updated registration information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. AUTHENTICATION

Delamina photographs each item and makes every attempt to show items consistently. As monitors and browsers vary, color and size of images may vary. If the item is not the size or color you expected, you may return the item under the conditions of our Return Policy.

A Delamina team member will inspect each item against the catalog description prior to shipping your order. You will be contacted if there are any discrepancies to decide if you wish to continue with your purchase.

PAYMENT

By shopping at this Website, you agree to pay a deposit of 50% of the purchase price at the time of order. Delamina will charge you for the remaining 50% at the time of shipment.

SPECIAL ORDERS AND CUSTOM JEWELRY

Many of our Designers will alter their pieces to suit your fancy. And we at Delamina are delighted to help match you with Designers for custom creations. However, in the event that an item is altered or customer created at your request, you agree to waive you right to return the item under our Return Policy.
