It felt important to start the New Year off honoring a woman that represents change and rebirth. Who better than Madonna? A cat may have 9 lives but Madonna’s repertoire seems unlimited.
Each time you think she is down for the count, she comes back different, shiny new and better than ever. Talk about commitment to change. Yet the core of her remains. And what a core! Those abs on a quinquagenarian? Really?
Regardless of how you feel about Madonna, you have to admire her. She is obviously highly disciplined and has kept a sense of mystery and privacy, despite all the publicity that surrounds her. Controversial? Oh yeah. Quirky? Certainly. Provocative? Most definitely.
Dynamic, iconic, fascinating – she is a true entertainer. Madonna is the perfect Delamina woman of the week to kick off 2010.
