Talisman is comprised of Lisa Ruskin and Michael Pitkow, partners in business and in life. Together they have more than 40 years in fashion and design.They each had successful careers in television, music and design prior to finding their true calling in Talisman.

Lisa and Michael find inspiration in each other, and in lasting designs of the ages: tribal and nomadic designs, patterns in nature, "and the majesty and splendor of starry desert skies and ocean oases".

Lisa and Michael like to work with 18k gold, round and fancy diamonds, and wonderful pearls.
