The Make a Statement Contest Winner will receive a trip for 2 to Cabo San Lucas including airfare, accommodations and $500 cash.

This contest is now closed for new entries. Contestants were asked to write a statement of no more than 15 words beginning with the word “Because” and answering the question: “Why should a woman buy jewelry for herself?” and to submit at least 1, and up to 3 different descriptions of photographs to accompany the Statement. Our panel of 3 judges have judged all of the wonderful entries for each month - March through September - and one Finalist has been selected for each month, displayed below. Several close runners up are also displayed. Check back October 7 for the Grand Prize Winner.
